Organize your agreements

Adding new agreements

  • From the side menu, select 'Agreements'.

  • Click ‘+Add new’.

  • Input necessary information. 'Company Name' and 'End Date' are mandatory. You can also upload supporting documents.

  • Click ‘Create’ to finalize the agreement addition.

  • After adding the agreement, you can add additional details by selecting it from the agreements list and navigating to the appropriate tab to add comments, upload more documents, or set up alerts for important dates associated with the agreement.

For bulk-adding agreement records, click the three dots in the 'Agreements' section's top right corner, choose ‘Import csv file’, click ‘Download template’, complete it, and then upload it back in the same location.

Editing agreements

  • From the side menu, select 'Agreements'.

  • Locate and select the agreement you wish to edit.

  • Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the agreement's panel.

  • Choose 'Edit' to modify details. In this menu, you also have options to archive or delete the agreement if needed.
