Using desktop
To edit model details:
Navigate to 'Inventory' from the side menu and select ‘Items’.
Find the model you want to edit in the list and click on it to open the model overview page.
Click the pencil icon in the top right corner to enter edit mode.
Make necessary changes to details such as dimensions, name, or manufacturer.
Click ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
To edit details for a specific item:
Navigate to 'Inventory' from the side menu and select ‘Items’.
Locate the item in the list.
Select the checkbox next to the item and click ‘Edit’.
Make your edits in the dialog that appears.
Click ‘Done’ to save your changes.
To edit multiple items simultaneously, select checkboxes for all items you wish to edit before clicking ‘Edit’.
Using mobile device
To edit model details:
Navigate to 'Inventory' from the menu and select ‘Items’.
Find the model you wish to edit in the list and tap on it.
Tap ‘View details for […]’ to go to the model overview page.
Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner and select ‘Edit’.
Make necessary changes to details such as dimensions, name, or manufacturer.
Tap ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
To edit details for a specific item:
Navigate to 'Inventory' from the menu and select ‘Items’.
Locate and tap on the model to which the item belongs.
Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner to enter edit mode.
Select the specific item you want to update.
Make your edits in the dialog that appears and tap ‘Save’.
Tap ‘Save’ for the model to save your changes.
Tips: If you don’t know what model the item belongs to you can search for it by for instance scanning the QR code, or filter on the area or room it is located in.
